Im 15, turning 16 this summer, and am looking at a boat for next summer. we have a boat but its a lil run down and breaks down a lot, and since im gonna be wanting to go out on the lake by myself, that cant be happening. Small fishing boat damaged, Need to find right tools...?
My grandmother died a number of years ago and left my family a few things. Among them was a small aluminum row boat we used to use for fishing on the lake. One spring a rather large tree fell on the boat and it was smashed across the bottom.The back corner is mangled a bit. It broke all the rivets on the corner and bent all the metal a bit. I'm fairly certain I can clamp it back into place and I found online that I need " Closed End Pop Rivets" to attach the parts. Here's my question. How do I know what size rivets to use and what tool do I need to use to install them?
